Economical low power slow
speed mixers for use on light duty applications
The motor speed reduction is achieved via a worm gear reducer gearbox
with integral hollow drive shaft to which the mixer shaft is fitted and
keyed.
The gearbox flange is utilised to attach the
mixer to the tank or mixer bridge support
Mixers can be supplied with an extra support
guide - designated DRV-G
Impellers are usually of the inclined blade
axial flow turbine type

The motor speed reduction is of a screw rack type with cylindrical gears
and is coupled to the shaft via a rigid coupling.
A double support is available with extra
bearings.
Propellers are usually of the inclined blade
(45°) axial flow turbine type or radial flow
turbine type
The shaft and marine propeller supplied in 304 Stainless Steel as
standard.
DRC mixers can be supplied with mechanical
shaft seals for assembly onto pressurised
tanks
