Shot Size
The stroke length of the positive
displacement metering piston's controls the volume dispensed. Shot size may be
quickly changed by an easily accessed adjustment. The positive hard stop
results in extremely accurate shot repeatability. Dispensing may also be
operator controlled (shot override) for visual fill applications.
Consistent Dispense Flow Rate
A smooth rate of dispense is
regulated by the unique
AirDraulic™
control, this feature is especially important when a gradual fill is required
due to the part's complexity of for dispensing uniform bead.
Changing Ratio
Every
SeeFloŽ 387 includes a free ratio change. In many
instances, changing the ratio means a costly metering pump must be purchased.
To change the 387's ratio, simply remove the original metering sleeve and
piston cup and reinsert a free replacement
set.
Rugged and Simple to Operate
Dispensing air free shots of
thoroughly mixed material is accomplished with ease and the demonstrated
performance essential to production application. Dispensing is actuated by a
foot pedal, palm button, proximity switch, or by a manual trigger for the jog
mode.
Material Supply
Two off 1 US Gallon (3.8 litres)
gravity feed supply hoppers (shown in photo) are standard; optional
pressure/vacuum tanks with or without agitators and temperature controls are
also available.
