The precision MicroShot® 1 is a complete volumetric micro-shot
system for dispensing very small micro-shots (0.01
- larger cc's) of single component adhesives, sealants
or lubricants at the point of application.
Lightweight,
compact, and readily fixtured, the positive displacement accurately dispenses
metered single component materials on demand - the shot size is set by a micrometer
hard stop adjustment.

Shot-A-Matic®

When your application calls for dispensing precisely
controlled
volumetric 'shots' of single or
plural component adhesives, sealants, or encapsulants, the
Shot-A-Matic®
is your answer.
Shot-A-Matic's are powered by an
adjustable stroke air cylinder linked to a divorced design positive
displacement metering cylinder. The exact amount to be dispensed and
the rate of dispense are easily adjustable.
After completing the shot, the single acting rod cylinder reloads in
preparation for the next dispense signal. For more precise dispense
rate control, an optional
AirDraulic™ control package is
available.

Program-A-Shot™ 997 is a solid state controlled, electrically
driven, positive displacement metering unit for potting and encapsulation
applications.
Its independent servo-motors and
ball / screw drives power the free floating metering rods
giving an
independently variable ratio for the
both A & B materials.
The complete
SPC
control and feedback allows you to establish and set parameters to insure
operation accuracy and consistency.
For high volume automated dispensing of
precisely controlled shot sizes of a two component silicone, epoxy, or urethane
encapsulant, the
