Dispense Valve Range

The
KISS™ valve range is available in a large
variety of formats to suit virtually any application you may have. An improved
direct replacement for existing dispense valves, the compact
2200-245 KISS™ valve with its snap
action carbide valve head, will apply uniform mounds (kisses), beads, or spray
patterns of anti-flutter mastic, adhesives or sealants direct to automotive
sheet metal parts with drip free dependability and do it better than any other
valve on the market today.
This
production proven valve with standard severe
duty components has
been put to the test
in many
automotive stamping plants for the manufacturing of all automotive panel
assemblies - specified by all the leading Robotic
manufacturers as their number one choice for new installations.
The valve's compact size and mounting
flexibility provides the capability of applying mastic droplets in virtually
any configuration to accommodate varying production requirements. The mounting
provision insures easy integration of multiple valve fixturing or robot tooled
for existing automotive assembly lines.
Multiple valves can be supplied from
one common material header and transfer pump station. This improved direct
replacement valve provides a 30% greater flow rate by removing the restrictive
closing spring from the material chamber and relocating it in the air chamber.
The resulting increase in flow rate translates into lower supply pump operating
pressures, less down time, and reduced maintenance costs. Converting to this
valve does not usually require changing of the mounting bracket or air circuit.

2200-245-018 KISS™ Automatic No-Drip® Carbide Spray Valve
Designed for fixture mounted dispensing of single
component adhesives, sealants, silicones, urethanes, mastics, epoxies, and
abrasive materials such as PVC plastisols. The valve's use of various
elasto-plastic seals makes it compatible with most materials.
Extremely popular in the Filter manufacturing industry as it
consistently outperforms any other valve available on the market.

No-Drip®
Carbide Anti-Rotation Spray Valve
Designed for robotic spraying applications,
this valve incorporates a register to prevent flat fan or similar pattern
nozzles (Graco /
Spraying Systems) which have flats on the sides from
rotating, enabling accurate alignment every time without the need for
special tools.
The valve nosepiece can be rotated
and fixed at 90° increments for additional flexibility. The valve
comes complete with hand tighten tip retainer and o-ring nozzle tip seal. The nozzle tip
is not included.
