Micro-KISS™ No-Drip® Dispense Valve Range

 
These valves are ideal for dispensing small 'timed' shots or beads of an adhesive, sealant or lubricant with drip free dependability. Its compact size and responsive design makes the Micro-KISS™ valve ideal for fixtured, automated, high speed, repetitive dispensing operations.

The double air operated Micro-KISS™ valve features a divorced design that insures that the material never contacts any air. Additionally, the valve's severe duty wetted components means it can be used with virtually all materials - including ones that are abrasive.

Controlling the flow rate is done through the valve's integrated stroke adjustment and lock. This feature allows you to control the flow rate. Fast shut off of material is insured by the valve's double operated piston with stainless steel spring assist to close.
 
 
2200-555 Series Micro-Kiss™ No-Drip® Stand Alone Dispense Valves

The 2200-555 Series Micro-KISS™ valves feature threaded air ports (open / close) and material inlet port. Drill through holes in the valve body enable easy fixture mounting on automated equipment.

Compact and lightweight, this unique valve incorporates the free-flow No-Drip design that yields an immediate flow shut off and start up. Model 2200-555-008 Accepts Luer-Lok™ adaptor and nozzle.

2200-590 Series Manifold Micro-Kiss™ No-Drip® Dispense Valves

The 2200-590 Series Micro-KISS™ valves are designed to be 'ganged' together in series with a common air and material supply manifold to dispense multiple beads or shots simultaneously. Manifolds for grouping up to 5 valves are standard; other configurations are also available.
