Tip-Seal™ Dispense Valve Range

The following air operated Tip-Seal™ valves are for automated application of beads or 'drops' of silicone or moisture sensitive materials.

The double air operated valve allows high flow rates due to a less restrictive internal design.  This increase in flow rate translates into lower supply pump operating pressures, less down time, and reduced maintenance costs.

2200-245 Series Tip-Seal KISS Dispense Valves

Tip-Seal™ KISS valves incorporate a carbide hardened integrated needle and nozzle assembly with an abrasion resistant seal to further increase its life cycle and reduce down time.  Its stainless steel spring ensures an instantaneous shut-off when the valve is closed or if air pressure is lost.  The alignment and mounting holes make fixturing simple; multiple inlet ports allow you to 'gang' valves together to a common material supply source for simultaneous dispensing from multiple valves.

  • High pressure operation - 5,000 psi working pressure

  • Lightweight - typically less than 400 grams

  • Dimensions - 1.5" square x 3.8" long (excluding end effector)

  • Abrasion resistant seals - tested to 500,000 cycles without leakage

  • 1/4" NPTF material inlet ports

  • Optional 1/4" NPTF recirculation port (normally plugged)

  • Carbide valve head for unequalled wear resistance

  • Air to open / air with spring assistance to close through 1/8" NPTF ports

  • Divorced air cylinder to prevent crossover of material into the air circuit

  • Stainless steel spring to speed up and assist closing

  • Numerous orifice sizes and nozzle lengths available

  • Drill thru's and dowel holes for easy and accurate mounting

  • Easy and fast to service - typically under 5 minutes
