Two Component Snuf-Bak™ & No-Drip® Dispense Valves

 
The following valves are automatic air operated Snuf-Bak™ and No-Drip® valves for dispensing plural component adhesives, sealants and encapsulants through a No-Flush™ Disposable Motionless Mixer Nozzle which does not require solvent flushing.
 
 
2200-250-Series Two Component Snuf-Bak™ No-Flush™ Mix / Dispense Valve

This No-Flush™ Snuf-Bak™ air-actuated dispense valve with disposable plastic mixer provides uniform blending of two-component materials. "A" and "B" materials are kept separate until they enter the disposable mixer nozzle, which eliminates the need for solvent flushing associated with hazardous waste.

The Snuf-Bak™ action ensures a clean drool-free cut-off of messy high viscosity / cohesive materials at the mixer tip. The valve is adaptable to most meter / mix / dispense systems in the industry. 

Models are available with stainless steel wetted components, dispense handles (both air and electric operation), and also with Sealant Equipment and Engineering's unique No-Drip® internal design - see 2200-545 Series below.

2200-545 Series Two Component No-Drip® No-Flush™ Mix / Dispense Valve

This No-Drip® No-Flush™ air-actuated dispense valve with disposable plastic mixer provides uniform blending of two-component materials. "A" and "B" materials are kept separate until they enter the disposable mixer nozzle, which eliminates the need for solvent flushing associated with hazardous waste.

The No-Drip® action ensures a clean drip-free cut-off of low viscosity messy materials at the mixer tip. The valve is adaptable and can be retro-fitted to most meter / mix / dispense systems in the industry.

Models are available with stainless steel wetted components, dispense handles (both air and electric operation)
